Specialties

Dr. Nicholas O’Neill is an expert in hip and knee injuries, especially reconstructive surgery. He is trained in robotic surgery for both hips and knees, including anterior minimally invasive hip replacements. He also performs primary and revision surgeries for the hips and knees.

When your knees or hips are causing you pain, Dr. O’Neill understands that you want answers immediately. The hips and knees are among the largest joints in the body, and recurring pain or discomfort can have negative long-term effects.

Dr. O’Neill and the Midwest Orthopaedic team use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify damage to the tendons, ligaments, and bones – and help you choose the most effective and appropriate treatment for you.

At Midwest Orthopaedic, we have a comprehensive orthopaedic program that’s dedicated to the highest standards of care in the region. Whether you have a sports injury or a chronic condition like arthritis, Dr. O’Neill is there to help you recover as quickly as possible.

If surgery or a replacement is required, Dr. O’Neill is an expert in minimally invasive techniques and understands the best ways to address knee and hip problems with the least possible disruption to your life.

Meet Our Patients –– People Like You, Alright Now

A wonderful experience at Midwest Orthopedics. This place is the most well organized, efficient clinic I've ever been to. From check-in to x-ray to nurse to doctor treatment. First time there for myself, and was in and out within an hour... will definitely go back. Dr. O’Neill is very personable, explained things in layman’s terms, was very informative, and has a sense of humor. Thank you.
