Specialties

Dr. Patrick O’Leary treats cervical and lumbar spine issues in patients of all ages –– including herniated disk, spinal stenosis, and adult and pediatric scoliosis. He aligns you with your health goals through non-surgical, surgical and robotic-assisted options.

To Dr. O’Leary, his work is made easier thanks to the fact that Midwest Orthopaedic Center is a physician-owned, independent orthopaedic surgery practice. It’s a place where the camaraderie of the staff and their connections to their patients foster positivity and hope for recovery from bone, muscle and joint conditions.

Dedicated to improving patient care at your home for orthopaedics, Dr. O’Leary’s adopted advanced technologies that add precision to the surgeon’s steady hand. In launching Midwest Orthopaedic Center’s robotic spinal surgery program, he’s completed over 100 Mazor X robotic-assisted spinal surgeries. After being at the forefront of its successes in Peoria, he now spreads the word, teaching surgeons across the country about how robotics can improve spinal care.

As a testament to his work, Dr. O’Leary stays physically active, having participated in several Olympic distance triathlons. He also enjoys local activities along the riverfront. Ultimately, Dr. O’Leary wants you to fully enjoy what your community and your life has to offer, helping you put your neck and back problems behind you.
