Sports Enhancement
Get with the Program
Sports Enhancement programs are designed to improve the performance of athletes of all ages. Each athlete is first assessed. Then, they are progressed through a program designed specifically to meet their individual goals. Programs consist of a combination of strength training and ground-based plyometrics all performed under personal supervision by one of our professional strength and conditioning specialists.
Youth training is done with our specialist. He will teach techniques to improve coordination, balance and core stability.
