Who Needs Core Camp?

  • Individual Athletes
    Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Track, Softball, Baseball, Tennis, Soccer, Golf, Swimming, Hockey or any sport

  • Teams
    Don’t train alone. Train with your team!

  • Coaches
    Encourage your athletes to get one-on-one training that will enhance individual goals, improve personal athleticism and team performance.

    This program will encourage your child to improve their sport-specific skills, set and attain personal goals and enhance overall athleticism.

Pricing Information

Six Week Core Camp :: $125.00 per person [minimum 4] one day a week.
