Total Joint Reconstruction

Dr. Levine is a board-eligible orthopaedic surgeon with specialized training in minimally invasive, standard, and complex hip and knee reconstruction. He graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine, Washington, DC (2000). He completed his residency at the Hospital for Joint Diseases –NYU (New York, NY) and his fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Rush University Medical Center (Chicago, IL).

With an active interest in research, Dr. Levine has published numerous book chapters and over 20 articles in peer-reviewed orthopaedic journals. He has contributed multiple oral and poster presentations at international and regional orthopaedic meetings.

Dr. Levine is on staff at all three Peoria-area hospitals and is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Mid-America Orthopaedic Association, and the American Medical Association.

Born in New Hyde Park, NY, Dr. Levine earned his undergraduate degree from American University (Washington, DC), graduating cum laude, and holds a Masters of Science in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University (Washington, DC). He currently resides in Peoria, IL with his wife and two children.
