Dr. Conner is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in problems of the hand and upper extremities, including injuries, disorders and impairments. A graduate of the University of Illinois Abraham Lincoln College of Medicine, Chicago, Il. (1968), he completed his residency at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center (Peoria, Illinois).

Dr. Conner is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, located in Peoria, Illinois.
